Wendy MacNaughton has degrees in both art and social work, so it’s no surprise that her creative work is deliciously rich with ink, perceptive observation and inherent wit. She’s incredibly talented and there’s something special about her work that makes it extremely warm and approachable. All of her skills have lead to features and commissions in  Juxtapoz, GOOD, TimeOut NY, 7×7 Magazine, Gizmodo and The New York Times.

MacNaughton’s also a staff illustrator for Longshot Magazine, has a monthly illustrated documentary project entitled, Meanwhile that’s published in The Rumpus and is a member of GraphicJournos, a group of journalists, illustrators and artists who report stories using pictures and words. This talented lady has her hands full of projects and her twitter feed is a great place to stay abreast of all her work.
