Twitter Influencer: Tim Biskup

Tim Biskup has always been more concerned with his own aesthetic vision than with fitting in. After rejecting the traditional art school path, he pursued technical training through years of work in the illustration, animation and graphic design industries. Once he decided to venture into the world of fine art he, once again, did not take the traditional path. Instead of reaching out directly to the art world, he created a series of live art auctions (The Burning Brush Art Auctions, 1999-2002) that wound up launching his own fine art career as well as fellow previously unknown artists.

Tim’s complex color and design theories and populist aesthetic has earned him an abundance of gallery and museum exhibitions as well as limited edition work relating to print, vinyl figures, books, records and other objects. Never content to stay still, he is always looking to grow and explore his mind and his art. His twitter feed is a great way to stay abreast of this very visual artist’s comings and goings as he happily promotes and shares the work with all.
