Graphic designer Jennifer Heuer loves to read, so it’s no wonder she wound up excelling in book cover design. After graduating from Pratt, she spent nearly four years designing covers with the art directors at HarperCollins. In the beginning of 2009, she moved over to Simon & Schuster to join their first-rate art team. Jennifer has also worked with Little,Brown, W.W. Norton & Co, Egmont, Freepress, Grand Central, Random House and Faceout Studios.

Jennifer loves the field of design because it allows her to “dip into so many different topics and partially become an expert for a day on something in which I’d never know I’d find an interest. I’ve read books I would never have picked up and am glad for it.” Her love for learning and exploration is evident in her twitter feed, where she happily shares interesting reads, exhibitions and observations.
