I first spotted Todd McLellan’s account on twitter while working on the Art of Parts and immediately clicked the “follow” button. McLellan’s stunning photography of gadgets dissembled and displayed neatly has fascinated everyone from techies to art collectors. The self-described image-maker’s passion for creating began with “a kindergarten finger painting class and grew from there.”

He was raised by a carpenter and electronic technician, which no doubt helped set in motion his zeal for his hands-on approach to figuring out how things work. While not the most frequent tweeter, his passion for sharing interesting articles, news and works of others, in addition to behind the scenes glimpses of his work make him a worthy and delightful person to follow.
